– FIT – at least 1 (one) month before arrival
– GIT – a 50% deposit from the total cost must be paid at least 1 (one) month and the remaining 50% must beSettle one week before arrival - CANCELLATION
Cancel charge are subject to regulation of hotel, transport companies and other parties. - REFUND
No refund or reduction can be made for tours, meals, transfers, accomodation or other services. - LIABILITY

– Any act of omission defaults accidents or irregularities that may be caused to person and or property
– Any cancellation of journey, delays, failure to provide seats, berth and facilities for carrying or storing luggage and or failure to provide accomodation
– PT. WARNA INDONESIA HIZNATA DAKARA TOUR & TRAVEL reserves the right without being liable for any loss or damage to change the itinerary with or without notice and at its sole discretion if founnd to be in the best oall of concerned - COVERAGE / ACCEPTANCE
All quotation by PT. WARNA INDONESIA HIZNATA DAKARA TOUR & TRAVEL are subject to the term and conditions stipulated above regardless or whether they are included in the quotation or otherwise, PT. WARNA INDONESIA HIZNATA DAKARA TOUR & TRAVEL reserves the right to amend any of the conditions from time at its discretion.
